Finished artwork is supplied as a high-resolution digital file. Because each portrait is personalised, production begins using the photo and instructions supplied with the order.
If we make an error against the submitted brief, we will correct it. Small reasonable adjustments can be requested after the first proof. A completely different photo, subject or creative direction may require a new order.
