Before production begins
For digital content supplied during the 14-day cancellation period, we require your express agreement to early supply and your acknowledgement that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. If that consent has not been recorded, we will not begin creating the artwork.
After supply begins
Once supply of the digital content has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right no longer applies to that digital content.
If something is wrong
This does not affect your statutory rights. If the artwork is faulty, not as described, or we have made an error against the submitted order brief, contact us so we can put the issue right. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, this may include correction, replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Revisions
Small reasonable adjustments to correct an issue with the supplied brief can be requested. A completely different photograph, subject or creative direction is normally treated as a new order rather than a revision.
