These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of personalised digital artwork from Portrait Hearth.
Your order
Please check the product selected, uploaded photographs, names and any artwork instructions before placing your order. You must only upload photographs that you are authorised to provide and use for the requested artwork.
Personalised digital artwork
Portrait Hearth products are personalised digital artwork. No physical item is shipped. The finished artwork is supplied digitally as a high-resolution file.
Early supply and cancellation
If you ask us to begin supplying your digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we will only begin after you have expressly agreed to early supply and acknowledged that your statutory right to cancel is lost once supply of the digital content begins. If the required consent has not been recorded, we will not begin production.
Artwork and revisions
We create the artwork using the photograph and instructions supplied with the order. If we make an error against the submitted brief, we will correct it. Small reasonable adjustments may be requested after the first result. A new photograph, new subject or materially different creative direction may require a new order.
Delivery
Your finished artwork is delivered digitally to the email address supplied with your order. Please make sure that address is correct and accessible.
Customer photographs and privacy
Customer photographs are used only to create and support the personalised order unless separate permission is given for another use. We do not use customer-submitted photographs in advertising, social media or portfolio examples without separate permission.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, the remedies available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
