Refund & Returns Policy

Portrait Hearth creates personalised digital artwork made specifically from photographs supplied by each customer. No physical product is shipped.

Because each portrait is custom-made and work may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once creation of the artwork has begun.

If you contact us before work has started, we will consider cancellation and refund requests where possible.

If there is a problem with your completed artwork, such as an error on our part or an issue with the delivered digital file, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right. Where appropriate, this may include a revision, replacement digital file, or refund.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
