These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Portrait Hearth through portraithearth.co.uk.

1. Our service
Portrait Hearth creates personalised digital artwork using photographs and information supplied by customers. All products are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise. No physical item is shipped.

2. Customer photographs
You confirm that you have the right or permission to provide any photographs submitted with your order and to have artwork created from them.

Customer photographs are used only for creating and supporting your order. We will not use your photographs or completed portrait for advertising, social media, promotional material or our portfolio without separate permission.

3. Personalised artwork
Our portraits are custom-made. The finished artwork is an artistic interpretation of the photographs supplied and may not reproduce every detail exactly.

4. Digital delivery
Completed artwork is supplied digitally using the contact details provided with your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and suitable photographs.

5. Cancellations and refunds
Because our artwork is personalised and made specifically for each customer, cancellation and refund rights may be limited once work has begun. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

6. Problems and revisions
If there is a problem with your artwork or digital file, contact us at orders@portraithearth.co.uk. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a revision, replacement file or other suitable resolution.

7. Personal use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Portrait Hearth artwork is supplied for personal, non-commercial use. You may print your purchased artwork for your own personal use.

8. Website and pricing
We may update our products, prices and website from time to time. The price shown when an order is placed is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
